Questions people ask
How long does pool removal take?+
An above-ground pool is usually gone in a few hours. A partial fill-in takes one to two days, and a full inground removal takes two to four days depending on size and access.
What's the difference between a full removal and a fill-in?+
A full removal takes the whole pool out and backfills the hole, so you can build on it later. A partial fill-in breaks the top of the walls, punches drainage holes and fills the pool in place. It costs less but is best for areas that will stay lawn or landscaping.
Do I need a permit to remove a pool?+
Most cities in the Treasure Valley require one for an inground pool. We'll tell you what your city needs and take care of it.
What happens to the concrete?+
We haul it to be crushed and recycled whenever we can. Metal from fencing, rebar and equipment is recycled too.
Can you get equipment into my backyard?+
Usually, yes. We use compact equipment that fits through most side yards and gates. If access is tight, we'll walk the property first and tell you the plan.
How much does pool removal cost?+
It depends on the pool's size and material, the type of removal, access and fill needed. We'll look at it and give you one firm price before we start.
